Return Policy for Thaaimay

We offer a simple 3-day return and exchange policy. You have 3 days from receiving your order to inspect the item and request a refund.
Your order qualifies for a refund or return if:
– The purchased size is unsuitable.
– The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
– The item purchased size is not used except for trial and size check.
Please note that this policy is only applicable to purchases made directly on Thaaimay’s Whatsapp Hotline. Purchases through other platforms or pop-up stores are not eligible for a refund or return.
Return & Refund Process:

1. Initiate Return:
Reach out to us at our WhatsApp Hotline within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
2. Review Process:
Submitting the return request doesn’t guarantee approval. We will review and notify you of the approval status within 1-3 business days.
3. Return Shipping:
– For Malaysian orders: If approved, we’ll email you a new airway bill. Place it in the pocket of your return parcel and we will advise on the pickup at your location within 3 days.
– For international orders: We will provide further instructions. Note that we don’t cover return postage or insurance for international returns.
4. Inspection & Refund:
– The returned item must meet these conditions:
– Dropped off within 3 days after receiving the new airway bill (for Malaysian orders) or approval of the order (for International Orders).
– In its original condition with tags attached.
– Not washed or altered.
– If approved, we’ll issue an exchange (if stocks are available) or Gift Card for future Thaaimay purchases without an expiry date.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items on our online store cannot be returned. Check the product information for disclosures on non-returnable items. If you’re unsure, contact us with any questions or concerns.
